Illustration by Jane Banquer Burnham, typography by Evans Printing Company, Concord. Fine in original, unaddressed envelope. 136 copies were printed in December 1983 for private distribution by Ewert and Kinnell: 100 unsigned with 36 numbered and signed. Although this is one of the 100 unsigned, this copy was SIGNED by Kinnell in 2003. Item #278
