Illustration by Jane Banquer Burnham, typography by Evans Printing Company, Concord, and hand-sewn in wrappers by Carolyn Coman, bookbinder. Fine in original, unaddressed envelope. 136 copies were printed in December 1983 for private distribution by Ewert and Kinnell: 100 unsigned with 36 numbered and signed. Although this is one of the 100 unsigned, this copy was SIGNED by Kinnell at a 2003 University of New Hampshire reading that also featured Charles Simic and Donald Hall. Item #193
