Numerous items laid in, including publisher's announcement and order form for the book, a folded program for "An Evening with Carrie Fall Benson" December 5, 1941 at LaGrange College, two clippings of poems by Benson of a dedication for the Ida Cason Callaway Memorial Chapter and a poem "Communion Service" for the First Baptist Church of LaGrange, and a postmarked postcard to the dedicatee.
Benson was a playwright and poet who became the first librarian at LaGrange College (Georgia) in 1922.
